Mainly located on the 2nd floor, these studios range in size from 300 to 900 square feet. These studios share a kitchen, bathrooms, a community room and a roof deck.

Large Workshops and Warehousing - There are no current vacancies.
​Warehousing and light industrial workshop spaces have towering 14' ceilings and large bay doors. These spaces are 800 to 3,000 square feet and have the ability to accommodate specialty build-outs.
