Mark spent his early years and his early education in Rhode Island. Later he moved to Washington, DC where he attended the Catholic University of America and received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Mark brings more than 40 years of experience in drawing and designing, obtaining permits, and renovating and building commercial office and retail spaces. Operating as the Merlino Construction Group, Mark has successfullly completed projects by keeping his management team and craftsmen coordinated to obtain detailed, top quality, timely, and cost conscious results.
