Off The Beaten Track 

Kelly Guerrero is a self-taught sculptor who works in a variety of media including wood, metal and assemblage. A graphic designer by training, he was inspired to begin making furniture and then sculpture while working for many years at Washington, DC art museums. He began showing his work in the DC metropolitan area in 1992 and his sculpture and drawings are featured in multiple private collections. Kelly’s sculpture is informed by a wide range of influences: history, politics, the natural world, and of course, other artists. He is employed as an exhibit and graphic designer.
